Process

Letters of Interest are Closed

We are NOT accepting LOIs in 2026,
or for the foreseeable future, as we reconsider our grantmaking process.
At this time we will be considering organizations
by invitation only.

WE WILL NOT REVIEW OR RESPOND
TO ANY LOI’S SUBMITTED

The sheer volume of interest has
been humbling and inspiring, but
unfortunately is not manageable
for a small family foundation.
Thank you for your understanding.

The Goggio Family Foundation accepts Letters of Interest (LOIs) from qualified United States 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations in June and July (so that information is up-to-date and responsive to current grantee needs). LOIs received outside of these two months will NOT be read or considered. Timely LOIs are considered for funding to be used in the following calendar year. From those LOIs, we will then request full grant applications from a select group by invitation onlyGrant Applications (once requested) must be received by October 1st at the latest (extended to November 1 for 2024 ), though early submissions are encouraged. Grants will be distributed in December.
